Dave graduated from the University of Hull with a BSc Honours in Accountancy and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
He has over 20 years’ experience in accountancy practice, tax consultancy and industry, most recently as Finance Director of Serco Occupational Health and previously as a Tax Consultant at KPMG.
Dave established the business with Caroline in 2011 providing proactive tax and accountancy advice to professional businesses. The business has grown from client recommendations and has a fantastic team who are passionate about providing the best possible service for clients.
A well-connected member of the business communities in Birmingham and Worcestershire, when he’s not advising businesses, Dave is a keen golfer and enjoys running, cycling and football.
Caroline Perrigo

Caroline set up the company with Dave in 2011 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, dealing with all aspects of the business, from client engagement and invoicing to compliance and marketing.
She previously worked in a range of large corporate organisations, specialising in internal communications, with responsibilities for managing corporate communication channels and executive communications.
Kaye Richardson

Kaye qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant 25 years ago. She has nearly 30 years’ broad experience working in accountancy roles within practice and various industries.
Most recently Kaye worked as a Finance Manager for Serco Health, responsible for monthly and annual accounts, business review, forecasts, budgets and new business bids.
Previously she worked for large corporate companies, including Unipart Group and PPG Industries, as well as smaller businesses such as Intrinsyc Software.

Helen completed a degree in Applied Accounting in 2014 whilst studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant, which she achieved in 2015.
She has 10 years’ experience in accountancy practice, working for a range of Worcestershire medium sized practices as Client Manager.

Aurelija has been part of the team since day one. She is our in-house Xero expert and holds her MAAT qualification which she gained in 2014.
She has vast experience of working in practice across all areas from payroll to accounts preparation and tax planning.
Winita Roberts

Winita is a Business graduate and AAT licensed bookkeeper, holding the AAT qualification and MAAT status. She has worked in an accounts/bookkeeping role since 2012.
Prior to that Winita worked for many years in retail Area Management which has given her a thorough understanding of business management and profit maximisation alongside all aspects of people management and development.
Lucy Smith

Lucy completed her Association of Accounting Technicians qualification in July 2020 and has 7 years’ experience in accountancy practice.
Lucy has experience of working in practice across all areas from accounts preparation, payroll and CIS, as well as completing self-assessment and company tax returns. She also has excellent knowledge of a number of accounting software packages.

Dave gained his MAAT qualification back in 2010 and has been working in practice in the Midlands since 2004. Dave brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience across all aspects of the accountancy world.
When Dave isn’t in the office he enjoys running, playing cricket and watching his daughters dance.
Patrick Hill

Patrick graduated from Aberystwyth University with a Bsc (Hons) in Marine Biology and has worked in retail, entertainment and logistics sectors before starting his career in accountancy in 2021.
He holds MAAT membership having achieved the level 4 AAT qualification and is currently pursuing the ACA qualification as a student member of the ICAEW. He has experience in VAT, payroll, personal tax and corporation tax.

Annamarie has been working in private practice since 1999 and passed her ACCA qualifications in 2003.
During this time, she has gained a vast experience in producing accounts, VAT returns, payroll and management accounts.
Annamarie currently manages a payroll portfolio of over 100 companies and has an extensive knowledge of payroll matters.

Kathryn qualified as a Chartered Accountant after graduating from Aberystwyth University. Having gained 3 years post-qualification experience, Kathryn has since worked in a range of industries including private healthcare, floorcare, and construction.
More recently, Kathryn worked as Financial Controller for Mettis Aerospace, responsible for monthly accounts, business reviews, forecasts and annual budgets.

Joem is a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He began working at Perrigo Consultants in 2019.
Before joining Perrigo Consultants, Joem worked for four years in a company’s accounting department and was involved in preparing financial statements.

Prior to that, Claudiane worked in the promotional merchandise industry for over two years and in a variety of customer service roles.

She has worked as a Finance Manager in many different industries and company sizes, including banking and finance, manufacturing, oil and gas, as well as practice accountancy.

Lara holds a degree in Accountancy. She joined Perrigo Consultants in 2022 and before that, she worked for a real estate company for three years, handling their bookkeeping and tax.
Karla Mae Bernardino

Karla joined Perrigo Consultants in 2021. She graduated with a degree in accounting in 2015 and a year later qualified as a certified public accountant.
She formerly worked for an auditing firm with a focus on taxation, external audit and corporate financial reporting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). For more than three years, she was responsible for the accounting department of a retail company.
